Who It's For

🌘

People healing from childhood trauma

If you grew up too fast, felt too much, and tried really hard to be okay - this book is a place to exhale

🌗

Sensitive souls who've been told they're too much

Too intense. Too ambitious. Too emotional. If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place

🌖

Anyone ready to stop just surviving

If you're craving something more - something real - and you're ready (even if scared) to start living on your own terms

What's Inside

📖

Raw, honest stories

From someone who's been through it

🧠

Practical tools

From psychology and coaching

💫

Gentle mindset shifts

That actually work even on the messy days

✨

Reflections and prompts

To help you reconnect with you

Evie Ran holds an MSc in Psychology and is a Certified Cognitive-Behavioral Coach. Having lived and rebuilt her life across different countries, she brings a grounded, human perspective to personal growth and resilience - themes she also explores in her book, Dare to Live: Stories About Resilience.

On her YouTube channel, she shares honest conversations about ADHD, psychology, and the messy beauty of change.

I didn't write this book from a mountaintop - I wrote it from the messy middle. From years of trying to fix myself, overworking, and feeling like something was wrong with me.

This book isn't a guide to becoming someone else - it's an invitation to come back to yourself.
