With a background in psychology, cognitive-behavioral and dialectical-behavior coaching, and years of creating educational content, I combine research-based strategies with a relatable, human approach. Whether we're tackling overthinking, emotional triggers, or difficult conversations, the goal is to give you tools that you can actually use in daily life.

Note: We won't work on all three areas at once. We'll usually focus on one or two that are most relevant to you and dive deeper into your specific situation from there.
I combine a science degree in Psychology with professional certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (a 6-month university-based training) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (taught by DBT's creator, Dr. Marsha Linehan)

I mostly work through structured coaching packages because having a clear time frame helps both of us stay focused, efficient, and committed to the process. Sessions are typically held once a week, ideally at the same time and day for consistency. Of course, life happens and flexibility is part of the process - but keeping a regular rhythm helps your brain shift into "coaching mode" when it's time for our session.
Before we start: we'll have a free 20-minute call to get to know each other and see if it feels like a good fit.
After Your Package: we can continue with individual sessions if you'd like to maintain momentum, check in on progress, or work through new challenges as they arise.
This package is for you if there's one clear issue you want to tackle - a draining relationship dynamic, a big decision you keep postponing, or a habit you're finally ready to change.
